These Course Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of The Honeymoon Blueprint and any other digital courses, programs, or educational products (collectively, “Course” or “Courses”) offered by Travel With Cards, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “TravelWithCards”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Course, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Course.
- License Grant and Restrictions
Limited License
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You do not own the Course materials; you are purchasing access rights only.
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Share your login credentials or Course access with any other person
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Course content in any format
- Record, screenshot, or capture Course written materials, videos, or audio for distribution
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense Course access to any third party
- Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any Course materials
- Use Course materials for any commercial purposes or business training
- Upload Course content to file-sharing platforms, torrent sites, or any public forum
Violation of these restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and may expose you to legal liability including damages and injunctive relief.
- Payment and Pricing
Fees
Course pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are non-refundable except as provided in Section 3 below.
Payment Processing
Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor (Kit Commerce or Stripe). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full Course fee.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes associated with your purchase based on your location.
- Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you complete the 7-day email course and are not satisfied with the Course, you may request a full refund by emailing honeymoon@travelwithcards.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
Refund Process
Refund requests must include:
- Your full name and email address used at purchase
- Order confirmation number or receipt
- Brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Upon refund, your access to the Course will be immediately revoked.
No Refunds After 30 Days
After 30 days from purchase, all sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason.
Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who demonstrate a pattern of purchasing and refunding courses, or who violate these Terms (including content sharing or unauthorized use).
- Course Access and Delivery
Delivery
The Honeymoon Blueprint is delivered as a 7-day email course. Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access via email to Day 1, with subsequent lessons delivered daily to the email address you provide at checkout. Additional Course resources (trackers, worksheets, guides) are provided via download links in the emails.
Access Period
You will have ongoing access to all Course materials, resources, and any future updates for as long as the Course remains active and available. We reserve the right to discontinue the Course at any time, but will provide reasonable notice if access will be terminated.
Technical Requirements
You are responsible for maintaining compatible hardware, software, and internet access necessary to receive emails and download Course resources. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or technical issues on your end.
- Intellectual Property
Ownership
All Course content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, audio, software, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of Travel With Cards, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Enforcement
We actively monitor for unauthorized use and distribution of our Course materials. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties including damages of up to $150,000 per work under U.S. Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. § 504).

No Guaranteed Results
We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the results you may achieve by applying the strategies taught in the Course. Your results will depend entirely on your individual circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Credit card issuer approval decisions
- Your ability to meet minimum spending requirements

- Availability of award travel at the time you book

Any earnings, savings, or point accumulation examples shared in the Course materials reflect our personal results or hypothetical scenarios and should not be interpreted as typical, average, or guaranteed outcomes.

You acknowledge and understand that:
- Applying for credit cards will result in hard inquiries on your credit report, which may temporarily lower your credit score
- Opening new credit accounts affects your average age of accounts
- Credit card issuers may deny your applications based on their own criteria
- Carrying credit card debt or missing payments will result in interest charges and credit damage
- Reward program terms, point values, and transfer partners can change without notice
- You are solely responsible for managing credit responsibly and making informed financial decisions

THE COURSE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVEL WITH CARDS, LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE COURSE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE COURSE.

Affilate Disclosure
The Course contains affiliate links to credit card offers and other third-party products and services. If you apply for a credit card or purchase a product through our affiliate links, we may earn a commission from the card issuer or merchant at no additional cost to you.
Independence
Our affiliate relationships do not influence our educational content or recommendations. We only recommend cards and products we have personally used, thoroughly researched, or believe will benefit our customers based on the strategies taught.
Third-Party Terms
When you apply for a credit card or use a third-party service, you are subject to that company's terms and conditions, privacy policy, and business practices. We are not responsible for third-party actions, approval decisions, or policy changes.
- Email Support
30 Days of Support
Course purchasers receive 30 days of email support from the date of purchase. You may email questions to honeymoon@travelwithcards.com during this period.
Support Limitations
Email support is limited to clarifying Course content and general strategy questions. We do not provide personalized financial advice, credit counseling, or specific card recommendations tailored to your individual financial situation. Response times are typically 1-3 business days.
- Termination
Termination by You
You may stop using the Course at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the 30-day refund period.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course immediately, without notice or refund, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Share Course content or login credentials
- Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward us or other customers
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise Course delivery systems
- Engage in fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks
- Updates and Changes
Course Updates
We may update Course content, resources, or materials at any time to reflect changes in credit card offers, reward programs, or travel hacking strategies. You will receive access to updated materials at no additional charge.
Terms Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email when practicable.
- Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction and Venue
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Course shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at honeymoon@travelwithcards.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
- General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Website Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Travel With Cards, LLC regarding the Course and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Course access to any third party. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity.
